2008 Best dressed women by Teen Vogue: Chanel Iman

Wow, this is superb! The leggy mannequin Chanel Iman wore a custom 3.1 Phillip Lim gown to the superhero-themed Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC. I bet the gentleman would laugh in his heart seeing his bow tie a same color and seemed reall matching with Chanel's gown. It's a pity that we can't see clearly what the black purse she's holding look like.

2008 Best dressed women by Teen Vogue: Daisy Lowe

The model, Daisy Lowe was pictured wearing McQ Alexander McQueen at Glamour's Women of the Year Awards in London. This gorgeous McQ gown helped her win a great night. And since she's wearing The Red Shoes, I will suggest that she wear a red baguette purse, too. That will make a perfect match, don't you think so?

2008 Best dressed women by Teen Vogue: Rachel Bilson

Rachel Bilson, actress-come-designer, wore Herve Leger by Max Azaria to the Whitney Museum's Art Party in New York City. She looked sophisticated, and never doubt this gown on the perfect body would on the list of best dressed. The fringe fur purse is a comfortable and stylish matching outfit.

2008 Best dressed women by Teen Vogue: Natalie Portman

Natalie Portman looked perfect in this purple Lanvin dress. The photo was taken at the premiere of Blindness at the Cannes Film Festival. As an award-winning actress, Natalie Portman should be, in my opinion, also awarded as one of the most glamorous fashion icons. The off-the-shoulder gown outlines a sexy Natalie, and black high heels and leather purse add elegance.

2008 Best dressed women by Teen Vogue: Emma Roberts

What impressed me most of Emma Roberts is her always dazzling outfits. I am as a matter of fact she has been elected as one of the best dressed women of 2008. Mayber I shouldn't feel too displeased of dazzling clothes. Emma Roberts didn't disappoint in this patterned Chanel dress at the opening of the French fashion house's concept boutique in LA. Though a side picture of the clutch she's holding, I can still tell it's a two compartments-formed bag. And what I feel dislike is the black high heels, myber silver is better.

2008 Best dressed women by Teen Vogue: Anne Hathaway

At the Venice Film Festival premiere of Rachel Getting Married, Anne Hathaway looked stunning in an Atelier Versace gown. This is a perfect gown with a small cutie purse and elegant necklace. I can't imagine if there be anything added or taken away.

2008 Best dressed women by Teen Vogue: Taylor Momsen

"Who needs color when black and white look this chic?" How gorgeous Taylor Momsen was in a Marchesa dress at the opening night of the American Ballet in New York City. But I am curious to know who made this black purse in her hand. Certainly not ugly, but, um, too book-shaped.

2008 Best dressed women by Teen Vogue: Miley Cyrus

The perfect dressed Miley Cyrus was pictured at the CMT Music Awards in Nashville. With an ease, she looked perfectly in a floor-length Roberto Cavalli gown, with a perfectly matching red rull satin purse. I never doubt she will be on the list of best dressed. And though the floor-length gown has consealed her high heels, i can still imagine how beautiful they actually are.

Best dressed women by Teen Vogue: Kasia Struss

Top model Kasia Struss was picked as a picture-perfect woman celebrity by Teen Vogue as she seen draped in this red and white Rodarte dress at the CFDA Awards. The hot figure just can fit anything that she grab. But she definitely not the top one of the best dressed. She might consider grab at least a pair of earings or clutch bags, or necklace.

Best dressed women by Teen Vogue: Leighton Meester

Wearing a short, geometric Chloe frock to the CW Network's Upfront event in New York City, Leighton Meester strikingly contrasted her with role as Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl who dressed prim and proper. The bag, yes, I mean "the" bag, is too unique designed somewhat I feel worried about it stole Leighton's thunder. The good thing is Leighton is in the election. Maybe this bag helps a lot.
